    Sore muscles

    Massage a few drops of Arnica oil into your skin before exercising to warm the muscles or apply it after sport to reduce inflammation, muscle tension and ligament strains.

     

    Arthritis

    Arnica oil has been shown to work nearly as well as ibuprofen in reducing pain and improving joint function in people with osteoarthritis in their hands. Warm a few drops of Arnica oil your palms and massage the affected area twice a day.

     

    Skin moisturiser

    Arnica oil is packed with nutrients and other compounds that are extremely beneficial to your skin, including helenalin, its main restorative compound, which soothes and renews stressed skin.

    To make a moisturising blend, in a small roller-ball bottle mix:

    • 1 ¼ teaspoons avocado oil
    • ¼ teaspoon Arnica oil
    • 2 drops Rose essential oil
    • 2 drops Geranium essential oil
