Ideas for using Essential Oils

Aug 18, 2022

Let’s get to the essentials! Our range of organic food-grade essential oils!

Why are our many of our essential oils food grade? In some countries, such as France, people often take a few drops of essential oil in food or as medicine. French aromatherapists even prescribe essential oils to be taken internally — in capsules or as drops. And the oils provide a lot of relief and healing.

You might think it’s strange to swallow a few drops of essential oil but they are actually the main ingredients in thousands of food products, for flavour, aroma and to fight bacteria.

Unfortunately, most commercially-used essential oils are diluted and adulterated.

Now you can check which essential oils on our website are food grade, and also 100% organic and pure.

Our food-grade essential oils are safe to add to your favourite dishes. You can also make your own DIY products using ingredients in your cupboard.

They’re so yummy in cakes and cookies!

Please note: 1–2 drops of essential oil is fine in cooking but please get expert advice before taking essential oils as medicine.
